Validator Distribution Dashboard
See and steer how stake spreads across validators. Performance, concentration and health, in one glance.
The problem
Running validators at scale is an operations product, not just a box in a datacenter. The operator and the client both need to see, in one place, how stake is spread, how every validator is performing, and where concentration is quietly building into a real risk before it bites.
What the numbers actually are
The honest health of a staking operation lives in a few metrics. Effective balance and how stake is distributed across the set. Uptime and attestation effectiveness, which is the real measure of a validator pulling its weight on Ethereum, not just being online. Proposal success when a slot comes up. And the one nobody likes to look at: exposure to a slashing or mass-correlation event if too much sits behind one client, one cloud, or one config.
What I built
A dashboard that makes a non-custodial operation legible. It turns distribution, performance and concentration into one surface a product team and a client can sit in front of and reason about together, with the on-chain queries underneath so nothing is taken on trust. Same approach as the carry index: if it matters, it is measured and it is auditable.
Why distribution is the whole point
Concentration is the silent killer in staking. Spread stake across independent setups and a single failure is a shrug. Pile it behind one point of failure and a single bad deploy becomes a correlated slashing event. Distribution-aware tooling, and a roadmap toward distributed validator tech, is how you turn raw uptime into something an institution will actually trust with size.
